1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for and/or using the Photrons platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including photographers (subscribers) and their clients.
2. Description of Service
Photrons is an online platform designed for photographers to manage their portfolios, client galleries, bookings, invoices, contracts, and business operations. We provide software tools as a subscription service (SaaS).
3. User Accounts
You must register for an account to access most features of Photrons. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
Photrons offers subscription plans (Basic, Professional, Advanced). Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Cancellation & Refunds Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Photrons to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) infringe on intellectual property rights; (c) upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (e) send spam or unsolicited communications; (f) resell or sublicense the Service without written permission.
6. Content Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to the photos, content, and data you upload to Photrons. By uploading content, you grant Photrons a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We will never sell or share your content with third parties without your consent.
7. Privacy
Your use of Photrons is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Photrons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
