Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancel Anytime
No long-term contracts. Cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
7-Day Refund
New subscribers may request a refund within 7 days of their initial payment.
Data Export
Download all your photos and client data before cancelling.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Photrons subscription at any time without penalty. To cancel:
- Log into your Photrons account.
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Click Cancel Subscription and confirm.
After cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after that date.
2. Refund Policy
New subscribers: If you are unsatisfied with Photrons, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. To request a refund, contact us with your account email and reason for the refund.
Renewals: Renewal charges are not refundable. We send a reminder email before your renewal date so you can cancel in time if needed.
Annual plans: For annual subscribers, refunds are available on a pro-rated basis within the first 30 days of the subscription or renewal.
Exceptions: Refunds may be declined if we determine that the platform was abused, misused, or if the account violated our Terms of Service.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Photographer–Client Bookings
Cancellation and refund policies for photography bookings made through Photrons are set by each individual photographer. Photrons is not responsible for disputes between photographers and their clients regarding booking cancellations or refunds.
Please refer to the specific photographer's booking terms when making a session booking.
5. Data After Cancellation
After your subscription ends, your data is retained for 30 days to allow you to reactivate your account. After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted. We strongly recommend exporting your data before cancelling.
