Shipping & Delivery Policy

Photrons is a digital (SaaS) platform. Most of our services are delivered digitally. This policy explains how we deliver our services and any physical products where applicable.

1. Digital Service Delivery

Photrons is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. Access to your subscription and all platform features is delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. There is no physical shipping for subscription plans.

  • Account activation: Immediate upon registration or payment.
  • Feature access: All subscription features are available immediately after plan activation.
  • Photo galleries: Delivered digitally via your unique gallery links.
  • Contracts and invoices: Generated and delivered electronically.
  • Booking confirmations: Sent via email and available in your dashboard.

2. Digital Photo Delivery

When photographers deliver photos to their clients through Photrons:

  • Clients receive a secure gallery link via email to view and download photos.
  • High-resolution downloads are available directly from the client gallery.
  • Gallery access is typically granted within the agreed timeframe between the photographer and client.
  • Download links remain active for the period set by the photographer.

3. Print & Physical Product Orders

If a photographer has enabled a print store on Photrons, physical products (prints, albums, canvases) may be ordered by clients. For such orders:

  • Physical products are fulfilled by the photographer or their chosen print lab.
  • Delivery timelines depend on the photographer's print partner and the client's location.
  • Typical delivery: 5–14 business days within India, 10–21 business days internationally.
  • Shipping costs are set by the photographer and shown at checkout.
  • Tracking information (if available) will be shared by the photographer.
  • Photrons is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

4. Subscription Renewal

Subscription renewals are processed automatically on the billing date. Access continues uninterrupted on successful payment. If a payment fails, access may be temporarily suspended until payment is resolved.

5. Service Interruptions

In the rare event of a service interruption, we will work to restore access as quickly as possible. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance via email or in-app notification.
